I started lifting at a young age of 11 years old and have been doing so for over 17 years. I began powerlifting about 10 years ago and found a great deal of success within the sport. BUT that success did come at a price. After almost two decades of pushing my body to its limits, I have had my fair share of injuries.

I understand the frustration of setbacks in training that have you feeling sidelined and unable to compete.
